I watched Gilda I-don&#039;t-know-how-many times before I was able to see the woods in addition to the trees. This was a major help: http://tinyurl.com/3sbgnx. A major hindrance for me had been the character of Gilda herself. She&#039;s like a fine wine: she can only broaden your palate and cultural taste if you can avoid getting drunk on her.</description>

		<description>hmm...that is a very interesting analysis of this film. 
I own the film  &quot;Gilda&quot; on dvd and when I watch it again, I quite sure that I will be watching the film from  a very different perspective after reading your review of the film.
